Man Critically Injured In Shooting On Southwest Side
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot early Friday in the Scottsdale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
A 20-year-old man was riding in a vehicle when a gray sedan pulled alongside and opened fire at 1:35 a.m. in the 7700 block of South Pulaski Road, police News Affairs Hector Alfaro said.
The man was shot in the head and left shoulder, Alfaro said.
The victim was driven to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn and was listed in critical condition, Alfaro said.
The shooting was gang-related, Alfaro said.
No one is custody and Area Central detectives are investigating.
