Man Critically Hurt In West Englewood Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was critically hurt in a shooting in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side Wednesday night.
The man, 22, was shot in the 6500 block of South Hoyne Avenue, police said.
A bullet went through his arm and struck him in the chest, police said.
Paramedics took him to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in serious-to-critical condition, Fire Media Affairs said.
Area South detectives are investigating.
