The victim was peddling a rented bicycle with two other women from Cincinnati Saturday afternoon along North Avenue Beach when police say a group of teens jumped on what the department describes as their 'chariot' style bike.
Police say the male and female teenagers took turns on the bike, refusing to get off. One of them even molested one of the women.
17-year-old Keith B. Clough of the Burnside neighborhood allegedly grabbed the 26-year-old victim's iPhone. The group ran off but police say Clough was picked up near Oak Street Beach and has been charged with felony robbery.
