Man Charged With Sexual Assault At Downtown Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A West Side man has been charged with sexually assaulting another man in a downtown park on Wednesday night.
James D. Starkey, 36, was charged with aggravated sexual assault/threatening life, police said.
Starkey allegedly assaulted a 20-year-old man at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of South Wacker Drive, police said.
The victim was taken in good condition to Rush University Medical Center, police said.
Starkey, of the 2700 block of West Harrison, is expected to appear in bond court Friday, according to police.
