Man Charged With Sex Assault; Photos Posted On Facebook
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Ford Heights man is being held on charges that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl and took photos of the attack that eventually were posted on Facebook, police said.
Leroy Stephenson, 24, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony, and child pornography.
Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says Stephenson had a sexual relationship with a teen-aged girl whose mother was made aware it when a photo of her daughter was posted on the social network site Facebook, WBBM's Mike Krauser reports.

Stephenson had a sexual relationship with the girl for about a year, starting when she was 15. Dart says the man forwarded to friends a photo he took of the girl engaged in a sex act with him, and it ended up on Facebook.
"It got to the point where the mother of the victim was unfortunately shown the photograph and that's how we were brought in on this one," the sheriff said.
Dart says they'll go after anyone who forwarded the photo because it is considered child pornography.
Bond was set at $75,000, according to a release from Cook County Sheriff Thomas Dart.
The victim's family asked Facebook to take down all the pictures.
