CHICAGO (STMW) -- A Back of the Yards neighborhood man accused of sexually assaulting a mentally challenged teen was ordered held on $150,000 bond Saturday, police said.
Cook County Criminal Court Judge Donald Panarese ordered Bolibar Gutierrez-Nambo held on $150,000 bond, according to a court clerk.
Gutierrez-Nambo, 35, of the 4300 block of South Marshfield Avenue, was charged early Saturday with two counts of criminal sexual assault after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old mentally challenged girl at his home, police said.
One of the assaults occurred sometime between Feb. 1 and Oct. 10th, according to police.
A police report said Gutierrez-Nambo "on several occasions" fondled the victim's breasts and he allegedly told police how he used his finger to penetrate the victim.
He was arrested Friday at 1:29 p.m at the Marshfield address.
Gutierrez-Nambo is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Violence Court (Br. 66) on Oct. 18, according to the clerk.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
