$150,000 Bond For Man Charged In Devon Avenue Hit-And-Run
(STMW) -- Bail was set Wednesday at $150,000 for Reth Yiv, who is charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash Sunday night on the North Side that left three people critically injured.
Yiv, 46, is accused of striking three people in the 2500 block of West Devon Avenue, then running into a parked minivan and driving off.
All three were hospitalized in critical condition.
Yiv, of the 4000 block of West Devon Avenue, is charged with three counts of failure to report an accident or injury, three counts of failure to yield to a pedestrian, leaving the scene of an accident and negligent driving, police said.
