Man Charged After Fatal 'Car Surfing' Accident
CHICAGO (CBS) -- What may have started as a game of "car-surfing" in northwest suburban Crystal Lake ended tragically, and now a man is charged with felony reckless homicide.
Austin Watts, 20, of Hoffman Estates was killed after he fell from the roof of a car in a Crystal Lake Wal-Mart parking lot and hit his head on the pavement.
He died Saturday. The incident was Thursday.

Police in Crystal Lake say Watts fell from a vehicle driven by Stephen Gallagher, 19, of Schaumburg.
After Watts died, the more serious felony charges were filed against Gallagher.
Police say bond was set at $50,000 and Gallagher was freed on Tuesday.
