Workers at the screening center in the McHenry County Government Center called the sheriff's office after a plastic bottle filled with urine and containing an attached heating element was found, a release from the sheriff's office said.
Wahl was charged with defrauding a drug and alcohol screening test, a Class 4 felony, and was ordered held on a $10,000 bond, the release said. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 29.
