Man Admits To Hiring Hit Man After Being Denied Money From Sister's Will
WHEATON, Ill. (CBS) -- An elderly Naperville man is probably wishing he'd stayed away from his ex-wife.
But because an executor decided he didn't, Ladislav Fromelius lost out on a big payday, and now faces a possible prison sentence after pleading guilty to solicitation of armed violence.

As WBBM Newsradio's Mike Krauser reports, Fromelius, 73, was so upset with the executor of his sister's estate that he said he wanted her "(expletive) legs broken," according to the Daily Herald.
Fromelius' sister left him $100,000, but her will said he was not to get it if he was still associating his ex-wife, the Daily Herald reported.
It is not clear how the female executor determined Fromelius and his ex-wife were still associating, but she was not going to give him the money, the newspaper reported.
Prosecutors say Fromelius reached out to a friend, looking for someone to break the executor's legs, the Daily Herald reported.
The friend called the executor, and she called police, and a Mr. G – as the police officer posing as the hit man called himself – said he would do the job.
In a phone call recorded by authorities two years ago, Fromelius agreed to pay the man calling himself Mr. G $2,000 to attack the executor with a baseball bat, prosecutors were quoted in the Daily Herald report. Fromelius planned to pay half the money in advance, and half when the job was finished, the newspaper reported.
Fromelius pleaded guilty to the charges against him in DuPage County Court on Thursday. The Daily Herald says Fromelius could get anything from probation to five years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
