Man Accused Of Pulling Gun On Jewel-Osco Customers Who Weren't Wearing Masks In Bourbonnais
BOURBONNAIS, Ill. (CBS) -- A man was arrested in Bourbonnais after police said he pulled a gun on three other customers in a fight over face masks.
Police said the man was in the checkout line Tuesday night in the Jewel-Osco on Main Street NW in Bourbonnais when he saw two young women and a man who were not wearing protective masks.
Marc Boudreau, 60, is accused of threatening to shoot the three when they came out.
Boudreau was charged with aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
