Man Accused Of Prostituting Teen To Buy Drugs
SKOKIE, Ill. (STMW) -- A northwest suburban man has been charged with prostituting an 18-year-old woman out of north suburban motels to earn money for drugs.
Nabil Anas, 25, of Maine Township, provided the Palos Park woman with cocaine and prostituted her several times over the last few weeks in Schiller Park, Skokie and Glenview motels, according to a the Cook County Sheriff's office. He used the money to buy drugs and pay for the rooms.
Anas met the woman online, and they met in person for the first time Aug. 8, a statement from the sheriff's office said. The prostitution allegedly began days later.
Anas provided the motel room for the woman and she gave him the money she was paid for the sex acts, the statement said.
Anas was arrested Tuesday and charged Thursday with one felony count of promoting prostitution, the statement said. He is scheduled to appear for a bond hearing Friday at the Skokie Courthouse.
