Man Accused Of Battering Wife At Barber Shop
GARY, Ind. (STMW) - A Gary man has been charged with criminal confinement, strangulation, intimidation, domestic battery and public intoxication involving his wife.
Rodger Andre Moore, 51, was charged in Lake Superior Court after his wife told police Moore had struck her and choked her.
Police were called to Rell's Barber Shop, 637 S. Lake St., where they found Candace Moore with redness and swelling to her neck and face. She was taken to a friend's apartment for the night, but 45 minutes later, police were called to the apartment, where Moore had made a threatening phone call and had entered her apartment.
