Man, 43, Wounded In Little Village Drive-By
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was reported in stable condition Thursday morning, after he was wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Little Village neighborhood.
Police say the 43-year-old man was walking in the 4000 block of West 25th Street just before 11 p.m., when he was shot multiple times by someone in a passing vehicle.
The victim was wounded in the part of his lower body and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. He was in stable condition early Thursday.
Witnesses saw a dark-colored vehicle fleeing from the shooting, Alfaro said. The shooting remains under investigation.
