Police: Man Killed In Logan Square Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was found shot to death less than a block from his home in the heart of the up-and-coming Logan Square neighborhood early Tuesday.
Sheldon McCraven, 23, was found about 4:35 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Sawyer Avenue with a single gunshot wound to his chest, authorities said
He was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly after, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
No one was in custody as Area North detectives investigated.
