Maggie Daley Was Back In Hospital Last Week
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The former first lady of Chicago spent last week in the hospital.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Mary Frances Bragiel reports, it is not known exactly why Maggie Daley was back in the hospital, but her longtime doctor, Dr. Steven Rosen of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, confirmed to the Chicago Tribune, she had, in fact, been admitted.
Rosen told the newspaper that HIPAA laws prevented the hospital from commenting further.

Mrs. Daley has been battling breast cancer since 2002. She had been admitted to the hospital on several occasions just months ago – most recently for flu-like symptoms, and before that to replace a medal rod in her leg.
This time, she had been scheduled to go home on Sunday, Rosen told the Tribune.
