He caters to those whose tastes run more to caviar and champagne than brats and beer.
"We come in pretty much to any parking lot, throw down the carpet, bring in one of our luxury motorcoaches and set up a luxury lounge experience, with grills and bartenders and DJ's and produce a world-class cocktail party," he said.
E3 tailgate parties don't come cheaply, costing around $250 per guest. It's often a corporate event. He calls it the luxury skybox experience in a parking lot.
"It's a high level of service. The food is all charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, fresh off the grill. Nothing sits. That combined with the fact that women don't have to use port-a-potties. We have luxury bathrooms on the motorcoaches. That's been well-received," he said.
