Humboldt Park United Methodist Church pastor Ramon Nieves says he's focusing on the number one issue of his parishioners - immigration reform. Nieves says he has seen far too many families be torn apart because of it.
Joe Scarry, with St. Luke's Lutheran Church, helped organize the event. He asked if it's enough to stay inside our own churches and have faith be a private affair?
Scarry said he believes the occupy movements around the world have shown that it takes many voices to come together to share ideas.
Unlike some occupy events around the world, this rally remained peaceful.
