Listen: Convenience Store Clerk Gets Robbed While Calling Into Sports Radio Show
(CBS) Will in Baltimore is an Orioles fan who reportedly works the overnight shift as a clerk at 7-11. Presumably out of both boredom and fandom, Will decided to call into Damon Amendolara's overnight CBS Sports radio show in the wee hours of Wednesday morning and talk about his Orioles, who just hours earlier had fallen behind 3-0 to the Royals in the ALCS.
Seeing as he was an overnight caller -- you never know where those calls may go -- it wasn't really that surprising when Will started rapping. What was a complete shock was when Will and his 7-11 store started getting robbed while he was on the phone.
Luckily, Will was OK, Deadspin reported. But it's a wild call-in that you can take a listen to above.
