Listen: Bobby Hitz Wants Head Of The Illinois Athletic Commission Fired
By Craig Miller-
(CBS) Bobby Hitz, the CEO of Hitz Boxing, joined me to talk about his plan for Gov. Pat Quinn to replace Nancy Illg as the head of the Illinois Athletic Commission.
Along with Teddy Atlas, Hitz agrees that the decision of last Friday's fight between Donovan George and David Lopez was a disgrace to the sport of boxing. He agreed with Atlas that Donovan George won the fight and is calling upon Gov. Quinn to replace Nancy Illg. Bobby explains that she has no experience in the sport and that the state commission continues to appoint incompetent judges. Listen to the interview as he explains the level of incompetence when it comes to the Illinois Athletic Commission.
Hitz Boxing is also putting on a show April 20 at the Venue at the Horseshoe Casino. Tickets are on sale through ticket master. Click here to order your tickets now.
