Leshoure: Combine Experience Was 'A Dream Come True'
The NFL Draft process can be a long a stressful few weeks, the prospects are constantly criticized and speculated about. But right now, former Illinois running back Mikel Leshoure is loving every minute of the process.
"The combine, it was amazing," Leshoure said on the Mully and Hanley Show. "It was a dream come true. To get there and get around a bunch of guys, you know, who have the same goal and, you know, wanted to compete against each other, was an amazing feeling. I met a lot of coaches, a lot of scouts, a lot of GMs, just a lot of people around the NFL organizations. It was fun to be around those people. It was fun for them to pick my brain. You know, see what I know. And just learn more about me as a person."
