LeBron: I'll Be 'One Of Top Four That's Ever Played'
(CBS) Miami Heat star LeBron James said in an interview with NBA TV that he'll be among the Mount Rushmore of basketball greats by the time he's done playing, according to a Sports Illustrated report.
"I'm going to be one of the top four that's ever played this game, for sure," James said, according to reports. "And if they don't want me to have one of those top four spots, they'd better find another spot on that mountain. Somebody's gotta get bumped, but that's not for me to decide. That's for the architects."
James added that Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird would be "easy" choices for currently being on a basketball Mount Rushmore and that he'd have Oscar Robertson as his fourth best player.
James is a four-time league MVP.
