Large Police Response In West Garfield Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- There is a large police presence in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, near the intersection of Karlov and Madison.
Chopper 2 captured dozens of officers in the area, but the reason for the response was not immediately clear.
There were reports, not yet confirmed, of an officer injured in the area.
A person in the crowd threw a glass bottle, hitting a local television vehicle. The response comes after a night of looting and violence downtown.
