Lance Briggs Misses Practice With Ankle Injury
By Connor McKnight--
Bears linebacker Lance Briggs missed practice with an ankle injury for the second straight day Tuesday. While it's not been announced whether the injury will keep Briggs out of Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Brian Urlacher told reporters that the team's plan is to have Brian Iwuh start in Briggs' stead should the three-time Pro Bowler be scratched this weekend.
While Briggs' injury isn't good news, there is some to temper the bad. Charles Tillman returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday with a calf injury. Also, rookie safety Major Wright was seen doing some rehab work on a side field at Halas Hall. Wright has been out since the second game of the season against the Cowboys.
