Korver To Undergo MRI On Knee
Bulls guard Kyle Korver will undergo an MRI on his right knee and not accompany the team at the start of its two-week road trip, the team announced Monday.
Korver is experiencing soreness in the knee and played less than 20 minutes in Saturday's win over Washington. He was limited to just under 14 minutes against Golden State last Thursday, although it's not clear if his minutes are a result of the sore knee. He is averaging 19.1 minutes per game this season.
Korver underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee at the start of last season and only played in 52 games with the Utah Jazz. He also battled an ankle injury last month.
The guard is averaging 8.1 points per game this season.
