Konerko Back In Lineup Tonight Vs Yankees
(CBS) Paul Konerko is back in the lineup tonight against the Yankees after missing three games with a bruised calf.
Konerko was hit by a pitch just under his left knee Sunday against the Red Sox and hasn't played since. The White Sox have lost all three games without Konerko and five straight overall.
Konerko will not play in the field, however, as he is penciled in as the designated hitter. Adam Dunn will play first base for the fourth straight game and bat fourth.
Alex Rios will be on the bench tonight as Alejandro De Aza gets the start in center field. De Aza had four hits in last night's loss, while Rios made three mistakes in the field.
Here is the rest of the lineup as Phil Humber takes on the Yankees' Ivan Nova.
