Kane Expected To Play After Re-Injuring Ankle
Patrick Kane aggravated his left ankle during the Chicago Blackhawks' Friday morning skate as the team prepares for the Vancouver Canucks.
This is the same ankle that Kane injured in a December game agaisnt the Calgary Flames. He missed eight games as a result of that injury, but isn't expected to miss Friday's game agaisnt the Canucks.
"He should be fine," Quenneville told the Chicago Tribune's Chris Kuc. "He's been dealing with it. When you're dealing with that injury it's one of those that lingers on throughout the whole year and you just have to deal with it. Sometimes it looks like it goes away and a little tweak like and you're back at it."
