CHICAGO (CBS) -- On Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez's home run in the second inning of Game 5, the pitch location by Cubs left-hander Jon Lester was pretty good.
The swing and relocation was even better. It gave Cleveland an early 1-0 lead.
