Jordan's 'Flu Game' Shoes Sell For Record $104,765
(CBS) How much would you pay for 16-year-old shoes?
One Michael Jordan fan shelled out a record $104,765 at an auction for the Hall of Famer's shoes worn in his famous "flu game" from Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals.
The price is a record for any game-worn shoes, surpassing the $31,070 a collector paid in November for a pair of shoes Jordan wore during his rookie season.
