Report: Paterno Sold Family Home To His Wife For $1

(WSCR) In a move that could have been made to protect his assets, Joe Paterno transferred full ownership of his house to his wife, Sue, for $1 in July, less than four months before the child sex abuse scandal involving former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky broke, the New York Times reports.

According to documents filed with the county, the house's fair-market value was listed at $594,484.40.
