Jimmy Butler Thanks Derrick Rose In Instagram Post
(CBS) Bulls wing Jimmy Butler thanked former teammate Derrick Rose in an Instagram post Wednesday evening, hours after the hometown son Rose was traded to the Knicks in a high-profile deal that sent second-year guard Jerian Grant and veteran center Robin Lopez back to Chicago.
Rose and Butler were teammates for five seasons with the Bulls, though Rose missed large chunks of time due to injury at times. Their inability to mesh on the floor last season was part of the reason the Bulls felt the need to make the major trade.
