Javier Garcia, Man Accused Of Driving Through Woodfield Mall, Expected In Court Today
CHICAGO (CBS)-- The man accused of driving an SUV through a Schaumburg mall is expected in court today.
Javier Garcia, 22, is charged with terrorism.
Police say Garcia is the driver of the SUV that drove through Kiosks inside Woodfield Mall in September.
Three people went to the hospital, but no one was hit by the vehicle.
Police say Garcia acted alone. They're still trying to figure out why he did it.
