CHICAGO (CBS) -- A local American-Islamic group is criticizing the publication of a new children's coloring book that depicts scenes from the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
As WBBM Newsradio's Bernie Tafoya reports, the 36-page coloring book is called, "We Shall Never Forget 9/11: The Kids' Book of Freedom."

Inside are drawings of everything from Osama bin Laden plotting the 9/11 attacks to U.S. Navy SEALs killing bin Laden earlier this year.
The Chicago chapter of the Chicago Council On American-Islamic Relations tells the Chicago Tribune that the book is hateful and inappropriate for children, and does not distinguish between extremist Muslims and the majority of Muslims.
But the publisher of the book says it is truthful that Muslim extremists were responsible for the attack on America.
A news release from Really Big Coloring Books Inc., says it the book is rated PG, "as it deals with the truth."
"In this book, you'll see what happens to a terrorist who orders others to bomb our peace-loving, wonderful nation," the release says.
