Illini, Fighting Irish Rise In Latest AP Poll
In the most recent AP Top 25 basketball poll, released on Monday, both Notre Dame and Illinois rose from their positions last week.
Illinois (12-3) went from No. 23 last week to No. 20 this week, after wins over Iowa and Wisconsin.
Notre Dame (12-2) dropped a game to No. 4 Syracuse, but a win over No. 13 Georgetown was good enough to move the Fighting Irish from No. 13 to No. 14.
