Hull Knows The Importance Of Long Lasting Success
He is remembered as the greatest Blackhawks player of all time. And the recent success of the the team has only brought more attention to Bobby Hull from new and old Blackhawks fans.
Although Hull played for the 1961 Blackhawks team that won the Stanley Cup, he now wears two Stanley Cup Championship rings. One of those rings, of course, is for the '61 championship. The other represents the 2010 championship, a championship that Hull says means more than the one he won.

"I think there was more feeling the night that the Blackhawks won this last spring than when we won the Cup in '61," Hull explained on The Danny Mac Show. "I'm a 22-year old, Mikita is a 20-year old, like Toews and Kane, and didn't think that was going to be the last."
Hull's words echo the sentiment among Blackhawks players and front office staff that don't want to be another one-and-done team. Team Chairman Rocky Wirtz spoke with the Danny Mac Show last week and made the organization's commitment to to long-lasting success well known. "Enough is not enough," Wirtz told the Danny Mac Show.
And with the players and coaching staff committed to Chicago for the foreseeable future, Hull has great reason for optimism that this young core will do what he and Mikita could not.
