Holiday Travelers Make Way Home On Busiest Day Of Year
(CBS) -- It might have been easier to catch a ride to and from the airport today - the busiest travel day of the year - now that ride-sharing companies can work at O'Hare and Midway.
Cars with pink mustaches and black decals with the letter U on their windshields pull in and out quickly of a parking lot just down the road from the cell phone lot.

Drivers for Uber and Lyft say working the airport has been great - with some passenger confusion that ride-sharing pick ups and drop offs take place on the upper level - near departures.
Meanwhile, many passengers aren't aware of the new option that the city just announced earlier this month.
Outside terminal one, a long line waits for taxis.
Mike Blakeslee, from Vermont, is in Chicago for a convention and says he thought about taking an Uber but opted for a cab because they were right outside baggage claim.
A young couple on their cell phones leaves the line and heads upstairs to catch an Uber, saying the taxi line was too long.
The Chicago Department of Aviation expects 241,000 passengers to use O'Hare International Airport Sunday, while a spokesperson said Midway expects to host more than 83,000 passengers.
Meanwhile, WBBM's Mariam Sobh reports at Union Station was the picture of calm as some folks waited in the Great Hall and others boarded the trains they needed to be on. Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari says last year more than 770,000 passengers nationwide took trains to their destinations, and this year they expect to top that number.
