Peavy Feels Fine, Ready For Start Against Twins

U.S. CELLULAR FIELD (CBS) The White Sox won four series and split three others in May, but have now only won two in June.
This back and forth leaves Jake Peavy searching for his team's definition.
"I don't know how to describe it," Peavy said. "We've been streakier than we'd wanna be ... The biggest thing I think we all have our eyes on is just trying to win the day."
The White Sox's 1-0 win over the Brewers Sunday doesn't mean the team can take a break. They have a three-game series in Minnesota, followed by four games in New York.
"We have a tough road trip," Peavy said. "We understand that, going to New York for four games at the end of it, we are trying to grind this thing out until the All-Star break."
Peavy is scheduled to start Monday on the heels of his 125-pitch performance against the Cubs on Tuesday.
"I feel fine and I'm excited to pitch tomorrow," Peavy said Sunday. "Health is not an issue, and it hasn't been this year. I feel blessed. I have about three more [starts] before the All Star Break, then I will regroup and try and do it for two and a half more months."
The White Sox are currently a half-game ahead of the Indians in the AL Central, which says a lot considering the team has lost 11-of-17.
Today, Peavy (6-3, 274 ERA) faces Francisco Liriano (1-7, 5.74 ERA).
