23-Year-Old Man Dies After His Car Hits Semi And Catches Fire In Hammond, Indiana
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 23-year-old man is dead after a crash in Hammond, Indiana, around 2:40 Sunday morning, according to the Lake County Coroner.
Police say his car hit a semi, then crashed into several power poles before catching fire near Fifth Avenue and Indianapolis Boulevard.
There are also reports of power outages near the scene.
