Hamilton Doubtful, Watson Out Vs. Pistons

(CBS) It looks like Richard Hamilton won't get to show off his new home to his former team.
Head coach Tom Thibodeau characterized Hamilton as "doubtful" with a groin injury before the start of Monday's game against the Pistons. It's unlikely he will see the court.
As expected, C.J. Watson will not play. Watson hasn't played since the Bulls home opener Jan. 1.
He's working to come back from an injured left elbow.
