Gunmen On Bicycles Shoot Man In West Pullman
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two suspects on bicycles shot and wounded a man in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side late Saturday.
The man, 26, was in the 12400 block of South Emerald Avenue at 11:12 p.m. when the two suspects rode up and opened fire, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.
He was shot three times, once in the head and once in each leg, Gaines said. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition but had stabilized as Sunday morning.
No one is in custody early Sunday. Area South detectives are investigating.
