About The Fest
This neighborhood street fest has grown in to a major music event in Chicago. Local and national acts fill a jam-packed weekend, Saturday, July 28 - Sunday, July 29, 2012.
In addition to the highly regarded live music bill, Wicker Park Fest is a showcase of its diverse neighborhood. Chicago's Wicker Park and Bucktown district offers a variety of lifestyle options, including restaurants, family activities, fashion and art, all represented at the fest.

Location: Redmoon Theatre
On Honroe Avenue next to Native Foods, from Milwaukee to the alley
"Presenting the Sonic Boom, a massive battery powered vehicle, sculpture and performance platform. Redmoon performers will activate two hydraulic performance platforms and mobile DJ booth with spectacle performance and sound pieces." - Music/Activities Page

Wood St. NE from Milwaukee Avenue to Beach St. (across from the Wicker Park Kids Area)
"Presenting a series of large-scale inflatable sculptures by six local artists that will be installed each day of the festival and activated with live movement and spectacle based performances throughout the festival." - Music/Activities Page
In addition, the fest will feature art vendors, retailers and local restaurants to serve your eating, drinking and shopping needs.
Kids Fest
This year's festival will feature kids entertainment, games, activities and snacks. Proceeds will benefit Jonathan Burr Elementary School.
