Police Searching For Person Of Interest In Connection With Homicide Near Grayslake
(CBS) -- Police investigating a murder Tuesday morning near Grayslake have identified a "person of interest" in the case.
Asked if anyone else need take precautions against the man being sought, 30-year-old Leo Amin, Lake County Sheriff Mark Curran told WBBM, "I would consider him armed and dangerous."
Amin is a drifter, someone without a permanent address, and police tell WBBM he has recently lived in both Lake and McHenry counties.

Police were called to the 46-year-old victim's home, at 31294 N. Alleghany Rd., at 8:15 a.m. Neighbors saw a silver or gold 2005 Nissan Altima leaving the scene, bearing the Illinois plate E35 7840. Amin is described as 5'11, approximately 200 pounds, bald with brown eyes.
Curran calls the murder "an intentional act," but won't discuss motive. No one else was hurt.
