CHICAGO (CBS) -- Authorities have located the body of a man who was last seen on Sunday walking home from a party.
Joey Frase, 20, was last seen at 1 a.m on Sunday, walking home from a party in the Madrona Village in Round Lake, near Townline and Cedar Lake roads.
Authorities recovered his body on Tuesday. An official at Campbell Airport in Grayslake confirms a body was found there about 200 yards west of the runway.
Grayslake police said the body and clothing matched the description of Frase. Authorities later made a positive identification of the recovered body. The cause of death was not immediately known.
Frase was on foot and called friends from around Route 60 and Chardon Road in the far north suburb on Sunday morning. That was the last they heard from him.
Police said he didn't show up for work and hadn't picked up his car.
Police were searching the area, which has several small bodies of water, woods and farm fields.
