Gov. Scott Walker Has Cheeseburger In Chicago, Does Not Return Trump's Fire
Gov. Walker Stumps In Chicago
(CBS) -- One of the top Republican candidates for President made a stop in Chicago Monday.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker made an appearance at the Billy Goat Tavern located beneath the Magnificent Mile.
He would not take the bait when asked about fellow GOP candidate Donald Trump, who said Wisconsin is a "mess" under Walker's leadership.
"Donald Stump can speak fine for Donald Trump," Walker told reporters. "I'm going to tell people what I'm for, not who I'm against."
Walker, his wife and two sons as well as media from across Wisconsin and Chicago were there.
Walker says he's not worried about his anti-union reputation with Illinois voters.
He was expected to attend a fundraiser Monday and then head to Philadelphia Tuesday.
