Geneva Man Accused Of Wife's Murder Testifies
(CBS) -- A Geneva man accused of killing his wife and dumping her body along railroad tracks near their home says he absolutely did not do it.
Shadwick King took the stand in his own defense and says he never physically harmed his wife of 12 years. He got emotional describing her after being questioned by his attorney Kelli Childress.

He said she was, "funny" and a "great mom, great wife, great friend"
Kathleen King was found early in the morning of July 6.
King told police his wife had gone running that morning and Assistant State's Attorney Greg Sams questioned him about her habits.
Shadwick King testified that his wife usually ran with her contacts, her iPhone and an armband. None of those items were found near Kathleen King's body.
The coroner says she died from asphyxiation. Prosecutors said they had a fight about her alleged involvement with another man.
