Garza Officially Done For The Season
(WSCR) No surprises here - the Cubs have placed Matt Garza on the 60-day disabled list, effectively ending his 2012 campaign.
Garza hasn't pitched since July 21 when he was remove from his start due to elbow soreness.
The Cubs also recalled reliever Alex Hinshaw.
Through 18 starts in 2012, Graza was 5-7 with a 3.91 ERA.
