Gary Woman Accused Of Selling 2nd Child For Sex
HAMMOND, Ind. (STMW) -- A Gary woman accused earlier this year of selling one baby to a local man for sex also sold him another child between 3 to 5 years old, according to a new indictment.
The superseding indictment, filed in the U.S. District Court in Hammond, charges Natisha Hillard, 24, and Christopher Bour, 39, of Gary, both with two counts of producing child pornography. Bour also faces a new count of possessing child pornography. The new charges claim that from November 2012 to February, Hillard sold Bour the 3- to 5-year-old child so that he could have sex with the child and film it, the Post-Tribune reports.
That is the same time period that federal attorneys claim Hillard sold another child, about 6 to 9 months old, for the same purpose to Bour.
Court records say that Bour met Hillard through an online dating website and that Hillard can be seen holding the younger child in at least one of the pornographic images.
Bour was arrested after he asked an acquaintance earlier this year if she wanted to watch and record him having sex with a young child. The woman, who had already seen him watch child pornography, instead went to the FBI, who acted as the woman and responded to Bour's texts.
Both Bour and Hillard have pleaded not guilty in the case and are being held without bond.
