Flooded streets seen in south suburban Dolton
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The worst of Wednesday's rain has yet to come and some suburbs are already underwater.
There are several inches of standing water at 144th and State in south suburban Dolton.
All that water wasn't enough to deter drivers, as several people plowed right through flooded intersections before city crews could block off the road.
