Chicago Weather Alert: Over 600 Flight Cancellations At Chicago Airports As Second Round Of Snow Expected
CHICAGO (CBS)-- After heavy snow and a round on the way, Chicago, airlines have canceled hundreds of flights on Thursday at O'Hare and Midway airports.
As of 8:20 a.m., 522 flights were canceled at O'Hare and 105 flights were canceled at Midway.
Delays at both airports are averaging over 15 minutes.
Lake effect snow is expected to spread across Lake, Cook, DuPage, Will, Kankakee counties Thursday.
