Flasher Exposes Himself To Woman On Southwest Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - Police are warning residents after a man exposed himself to a 22-year-old woman on the Southwest Side earlier this month.
About 8 a.m. on Feb. 10, an unknown Hispanic man exposed his genitals to the woman in the 5000 block of South Rockwell Avenue, according to a community alert from police. Both the victim and offender then fled the scene.
The offender is described as 30-35, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with a medium build and light complexion, police say. He was wearing a blue windbreaker, hoodie and blue jeans.
